PET DAY - As part of their theme about "Living and non-living things ", the City KG2 team conducted the pet day in the city campus on Wednesday 25th October. The show summarized the lovely relationship between man and animals. Children interacted with the owners of the pets and themselves shared information about their own pets. They discussed with each other about the different animals that were grown in homes as pets and the various ways to take care of these animals. Children were excited that different animals have different food and shelter requirements. The campus was filled with fun and laughter having kids expressing their love, but at the same time taking care not to harm them. We had some of the City KG1 and ELC parents also visiting and participating in the show. We wound up with a ramp walk of the pets with their owners. Children were also excited to have the characters of the "Hare and the Tortoise " story - a cute rabbit and a turtle - all live in the campus!! A huge shout out to Ms. Swapna for coordinating the show and creating a memorable learning experience for her children
